finally get access to foreign information without the need of a third party.  Light but
powerful, DSCAN leaves the user with a complete control over the output of the translation
or the interpretation.  DSCAN is geared for international executives, business men, teachers
or students who need a boost in translation chores. Developed day after day (since 1992) by a
French localization specialist/Translator, DSCAN is the only software of its kind.
